why not?

Why do I wait for up to two and three weeks after my work has been done for a company for them to pay me? Why isn't there a slowly moving checkbook credit system given by a bank to pay private companies which pumps directly into the accounts of private individuals and then have those flow directly off towards the industries that have services arrangements with me. My slowly but continually growing personal finances will more smoothly flow allowing me to continually spend money and increasing my rate of spending which would in turn increase the ability of the overall economy to move product which would, on a multiplied level enable output to increase by a multiple with growth of personal wealth and product acquisition production and innovation growing.

The benefit of this would be a freer flowing society. One in which individuals would be able to farm themselves out to groups of companies for one. this of course is the long term golden future type of thoughts. One in which we are all mercenaries in the corporate world. Too much are the skills of the many locked into these tightly bound relationships wound into these tiny little traps of job descriptions. You give me shorter term relationships and more efficient communications. the need to broadly paint my skills set across your company. i want you to know i am going to be honest and not play politics. I am going to give you my 100% for as many hours are needed until the job that was needed has been completed. And then I will be off.

We have already begun toward this world. The sports league teams have a sort of limited version of this free agency. Contractors of many sides come together and create a group that works together. In a sense this is the commercial world, but right now the times frames are lengthened due to inefficiencies in communication and lacking technology.
